We source only anchovies from the national coast, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Cantabrian Sea.

At our cannery, located at Dauradors 33, we transform the sea’s finest gift, following the footsteps of the first generations of seafarers from the Vinaròs area.
We bring our artisan product —handmade, with no additives or preservatives— to every corner of the country.

At Coarvi, we use only anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus) caught exclusively along the national coast — the Mediterranean Sea and the Cantabrian Sea.

ARTISANAL PRODUCTION
In our fully artisanal process, we use the finest oils and vinegars from our country — a truly handcrafted preparation, made by hand following recipes passed down from our seafaring ancestors.
In addition, we have optimal facilities that ensure proper handling, preparation, and storage of the product.
