Our product is national, caught in Costa de Azahar, Vinaròs and the mouth of the Ebro. Thanks to the existing proximity between the fishing zones and the facility where our products are elaborated, we manage that fish arrives always fresh.
In our production process, totally artisanal, we use the best national oils and vinegars. Our products, completely homemade, uphold the traditional recipes from our sailor ancestors.Moreover, we have optimal facilities that facilitate the product processing, the elaboration and its storage.
